Summary: Annex F, entitled "RDF and OWL Workarounds for MOF Multiple Classification Issue" is an informative annex in the specification, provided to address issues that are no longer valid. The SMOF specification was designed specifically to address the issues identified in the annex, in fact.  The annex should be removed, as it is no longer needed.

Discussion: 
The MOF Support for Semantic Structures (SMOF) 1.0 Specification, available at http://www.omg.org/spec/SMOF/1.0/, corrects the issues that Annex F raises and provides a work-around for.  While the RTF does not know the implementation status for SMOF, from a specification perspective, Annex F is obsolete, and should be removed from the specification.
