Summary: remove throwing events after each action in the examples of appendix A.3.
Resolution: Throwing events are left there because they have an important role. However, a more precise textual explanation has been written.
Revised Text: Text under figure 46 amended as:

The execution of an action produces an action completion event and the sending of an asynchronous throwingEvent notification, denoted as a black circle reached by the outgoing InteractionFlow from the Action box. Such a notification throwing event is matched by a catching event, which triggers the display of a MessageNotification view component, shown in Figure 47.
