Summary: Although section 7.8.24 describes the VisibilityKind enumeration and its values, and sections 9.5.4 and 9.6.4 state that the +, -, # and ~ symbols can be used to denote visibility, nowhere is the mapping made explicit.


I would expect a list like that at the end of section 9.21.2 of format-12-05-06 or section 7.3.56 of formal-12-05-07:
