 says the first parameter is Attribute.  The first parameter should be

Revised Text: Action: Close issue 2170. SecurityAdmin::DomainAccessPolicy::grant_rights
takes SecAttribute
with the following editorial modifications:
Change all occurances in parameters of "Attribute" on
pages 15-146 to 15-149 with "SecAttribute".
