Discussion: 
Synopsis: There is text on page 54 that states that the EventReliability

          QoS property can be applied per-Channel, per-Admin, and per-Proxy

          but not per-event. Elsewhere in the spec, it claims EventReliability

          can be applied per-Channel and per-event. The proposed resolution

          is to change the text on page 54 to make it consistent with the

          rest of the spec.



Disposition: I agree with the issue and the proposed resolution
