Revised Text: Resolution:  add text to the spec. describing the isCurrentlyActive operation,
Revised Text: Add the following text in section 2.3.6.1 under the description of the isCurrentlyActive() method:
A currency is considered to be currently active if the date and time at which this operation was invoked is greater than or equal to the introduction date and less than or equal to the expiration date of the currency.
