Subject: IIOP/JRMP stubs name clash

The names of generated stub classes can be the same in some cases for
IIOP and JRMP.  This is a source of user error and confusion.

Proposed resolution:

Rename RMI-IIOP stub classes from <interfacename>_Stub and 
<implementationname>_Stub to _<interfacename>_Stub and 
_<implementationname>_Stub.  This avoids any name clash with JRMP
stubs or with IDL stubs.  For consistency, RMI-IIOP tie classes 
are renamed to _<implementationname>_Tie.
