Subject: IDLEntity exception types as parameters and results 

The specified Java to IDL mapping for IDLEntity exception types does
not work for method parameters and results, because IDL exception
types cannot be passed as method parameters and results.

Proposed resolution: 

Disallow IDLEntity exception types as parameter and result types
on methods of remote interfaces.  This check is made at compile time,
not at run time.
