     The fix for issue 2652c makes this issue obsolete.

Discussion: 
Synopsis: The description of the RejectNewEvents setting for DiscardPolicy does

          not sufficiently constrain its use to the event channel. The issue

          submitter proposes the following change to the description of this

          setting in paragraph 8 on page 56:



          "RejectNewEvents - Do not accept new events if the number of queued

                             events in the event channel equals MaxQueueLength

                             and raise the IMPL_LIMIT system exception. Note

                             that this DiscardPolicy setting has meaning only

                             when set on the event channel.



Disposition: I agree with this proposed change.
