The issue submitter proposes the following change to the description of this setting in paragraph 8 on page 56: "RejectNewEvents - Do not accept new events if the number of queued events in the event channel equals MaxQueueLength and raise the IMPL_LIMIT system exception. Note that this DiscardPolicy setting has meaning only when set on the event channel. Disposition: I agree with this proposed change.
