Summary: Summary: ISSUE Typos:  Document formal/99-03-05 still has a number of typos that 
 were to be fixed in the first RTF.
 This includes PHONE_NUMER_HOME instead of PHONE_NUMBER_HOME in the 
 HL7Version2_3.idl and
 #pragma prefix "org/omg" on pages 2-13 and 2-44.

I propose to locate the electronic copy of the pre-rtf1 spec that has typos
identified, and have it sent to Linda Heaton who will then use Frame Maker
to apply the fixes along with any other modificatons precipitated by the
RTF.

I am also starting a list here for significant wordsmithing fixes.

- 2.2.1 para 4 replace “slowly over time” with “infrequently”.  The phrase
“slowly over time” seems to imply that the value can “drift”continuously in
time.
