Resolution: Add minor code speicifications wherever they are
missing. The minor
codes for this chapter are already present in Chapter 3 list of minor
codes in
table 3-13 
Revised Text: 
1. In section 5.2.5.1 on page 5-5 replace the following sentence: 

"If the value type instance (in the sending context) has not been
registered
with ORB, then an OBJECT_NOT_EXIST exception with an identified minor
code 
(see Section 3.17.2, "Standard Minor Exception Codes," on page 3-58)
is raised." 

by: 

"If the value type instance (in the sending context) has not been
registered
with ORB, then an OBJECT_NOT_EXIST exception with minor code of 1 is
raised." 

2. In section 5.2.5.2 page 5-5 replace item 3 which reads: 

"3. Raise Exception - If none of these work or are possible, then
raise the 
NO_IMPLEMENT exception." 

by: 

"3. Raise Exception - If none of these work or are possible, then
raise the 
NO_IMPLEMENT exception with minor code 1." 

3. Replace the last sentence of section 5.2.8 on page 5-7 that reads: 

"The exception raised shall be OBJECT_NOT_EXIST with an identified
minor code." 

by 

"The exception raised shall be OBJECT_NOT_EXIST with minor code 1." 

4. In section 5.4.3 on page 5.9 replcae the sentence: 

"If the ORB is unable to locate and use the appropriate factory, then
a MARSHAL
exception with an identified minor code (see Section 3.17.2, "Standard
Minor
Exception Codes," on page 3-58) is raised."
