* I hope it is not too late for these Party Management RTF Issues *

Some of the following issues may have been raised by others.  I
suspect
we can weed out the redundancies as we review the final set of issues.
I am hoping that the issues I submitted during the first (non
conclusive) RTF are still available as issues for this second RTF.

These are additional issues.
