The information above is somewhat terse to determine exactly what the
issue might be. But I suspect it has something to do with Messaging,
more than it has to do with Core.

I think this is related to the old interceptors chapter, which since
it
is obsolete and soon to be replaced, I think we can safely ignore.

Ah yes, the Message Level Interceptor stuff. OK, Juergen, assign it to
the Interceptor FTF so that they can kill it. Tne text refers to a
chapter that they are replacing in its entirety.

Better still, you could just close it as obsolete.
