Resolution: accepted Revised Text: Resolution: To change all interfaces in the RT_CORBA and RT_PortableServer modules to be local interfaces as specified in the Components specification (orbos/99-07-01). This action only to be taken if the specification of local interface has been finalized at the time of the report of the RT CORBA FTF 1.2, otherwise this issue to be carried over to next RT CORBA RTF/FTF. Juergen It looks like we didn't get an issue number for this issue that Bill raised on 3/23. At least, it doesn't appear in the issues on the RT CORBA issues web page. Can we get a number? Jon. Bob (K) and I are trying to get the "local" stuff completed in the Components FTF in the Oslo timeframe. So my recommendation would be to vote through the conditional language resolution of this issue, so that if the Components FTF finalizes the "local" stuff by Oslo, we can immediately incorporate the resultant changes in the RT standard. OK, lets vote on it then. Issue 3594, as we now know it. Jon.
