Please this issue to the Portable Interceptor RTF. We do not have a version of Core where the fix can be reflected properly. We will resolve this in interceptor (and its version of the relevant Core Chapters) and apply the necessary fix to Core when the two specs are merged together for publication. I think this is what we should have done with the IOP_N issue too, since there is no official Core Chapter in which any IOP_N appears. It is in the Interceptor version of the chapters that are yet to be merged into the mainline. In general, all issues that are filed against document number ptc/00-08-06 should be filed with the Portable Interceptor RTF.
