I agree with to Sun's proposals for issues 4200 and the trivial fix for 4221. As I stated before, I only agree with putting a sequence of addresses in the TLS_SEC_TRANS structure if it is actually a "shorthand" for duplicate multiple *contingous* security mechanisms, and the length of the sequence SHALL NOT be zero, and the length of the host address SHALL NOT be zero, and the port number SHALL NOT be zero. If any of these are true, the security mechanism should be regarded as invalid, and should in effect be ignorned by the CSS as if it did not exist.
