Summary: The description of the get_info() operation states: "... In either case, even if an exception is raised, all recognized and permitted attributes are returned." However, an operation can not return any values when an exception is raised (see section 3.12.2 of "The Common Object Request Broker: Architecture and Specification", Rev. 2.3.1). Therefore, the sentence mentioned should be removed from the PDM Enablers specification.
