Production rule two at the end of this sections has a comment that it
should include all IDL types, but in actuality is missing "long long",
unsigned long long" and "long double".

Suggest we add these to the production rule in question.

Revised Text: Add long long, unsigned long long, double, long double, and fixed to produc-tion
rule 2 on page 15-23.
