Hi All,  I wanted to start sending out resolutions for the outstanding
FTF
issues.  Here is the first one.

This proposal is based on document bom/2001-02-03

Proposal:
Replace all of Appendix A (IDL) with the IDL from document
bom/2001-02-02

Discussion:  The reason for the above proposal is that the Appendix
did not
get updated with the latest version of the IDL, as specified in
bom/2001-02-02.  The IDL (for DfOrganizationalStructure module only)
changed
a few days before the 3 week rule and did not get put into the
Appendix (and
is the reason for this issue).  There aren't too many things that
changed,
and the rest of the document has the correct IDL, it was only the
appendix
that was not updated.
