Some NURBS related IDL issues follow.  Not sure of current submission
procedures.  Please reply w/ comments/suggestions.

o  Surface.nurbs_approximation should be renamed nurbs_representation
to be 
   consistent w/ Curve.nurbs_representation.

Curve and Surface NURBS conversion functions should be named
consistently.
   'representation' is favored over 'approximation' as many of the 
   conversions will be exact.
