Summary: Edge.nurbs_representation should h. 'tolerance' argument declared as 
   'inout' instead of 'in'.
   
   CAD Services specification indicates that 'If the representation is exact - 
   tolerance will be returned as a negative value.
Resolution: Agreed. This corrections involved a minor modification of the IDL.
Revised Text: IDL modified on page 2-58 with supporting documentation on page 2-59.
