Summary: The IDL for the accept_security_context() method in the Vault
interface is missing the Security Context output, as described in section
15.7.4 (see the bottom of page 15-157 in version 1.0 of the Security
Services Spec).  The IDL on page 15-210 for the accept_security_context()
method should be changed to the following:

Security::AssociationStatus accept_security_context(
        in SecurityLevel2::CredentialsList      creds_list,
        in Security::Opaque                     chan_bindings,
        in Security::Opaque                     in_token,
        out Security::Opaque                    out_token,
        out SecurityContext                     security_context
        );
