I suggest the FTF consider whether these should be carried over in the spec. Since not much guidance is given on how to handle "RuntimeObject" and "RuntimeInstance" and this is left as an implementation issue anyway - I dont see the value. May be all that is needed are the examples in the Appendix. Note I had to read carefully to find out the intended differences between "RuntimeObject" "and RuntimeInstance" - I expected this to be a typo but then realized "that the former refers to 'objects' and the latter refers to 'values' - See especially Page 68. This is a bit too 'subtle'.
