Summary: Previous model of service description allow release operation to performed concurrently and thus as being without side-effect on the resource state. For example, if you consider the Semaphore resource defind in POSIX, it get a release service so-called sem_post that modifies the resource state incrementing the semaphore value. So a release service may involve side-effect on its resource. (see. New model proposed below).
