Summary: Repetition counts on messages need to be RTtimeString rather than integers, to allow for more general behaviour. For instance in sending an image frame, the number of packets sent is not a fixed number, but depends on compression... so an RTtimeString could give the distribution or average number.

Repetition counts on messages need to be RTtimeString rather than
