Revised Text: In Section 2.9, Platform Independent Model and a Mapping to CORBA, in the last paragraph on page 2-17, following the sentence 
"The class diagram represents the major responsible parties and subsystems involved in an Online Upgrade and their associations."  
insert the sentence
"The multiplicities shown in this class diagram are normative."
