Request, made at MGED IV, that ExperimentFactor have an association 
to OntologyEntry to capture things like concentration of Tamoxafin 
with a CASRegistry #.

Revised Text: Section 2.1.13, Experiment

The specification for ExperimentalFactors documents the new association

Currently:

\bfactorValues\b : FactorValue (0..n)

The pairing of BioAssay FactorValues with the ExperimentDesign ExperimentFactor.

Becomes:

\bfactorValues\b : FactorValue (0..n)

The pairing of BioAssay FactorValues with the ExperimentDesign ExperimentFactor.

\bannotations\b : OntologyEntry (0..n)

Allows describing additional information such as concentration of Tamoxafin with a 

CASRegistry #.

  MAGE-OM and the generated MAGE.xmi are updated, adding the Annotation association
 
 
  Element and Attlist declarations for ExperimentalFactor

Currently:

Becomes:
