Summary: Reed Solomon Encoding and Decoding has no algorithm in the text. Suggest providing pseudocode for CCSDS Reed Solomon. Suggest adding that missions may enter their own pseudocode if they wish.
Resolution: 
Revised Text: Remove RS Encoding sections and replace in a future XTCE version but a custom algorithm can now be attached to a container for encoding and decoding to accommodate any arbitrary processing.

RS encoding algorithm and container type has been removed and deferred to a later version of the specification.
