Section 17.13.1 ORB 

The IDL for the Object interface differs from that provided by the
core specification in Section 7.2 page 7.2. The addition of
get_policy() and get_domain_managers() aren't present in section
17. Conversly section 17 provides a method create_request2() which is
not mentioned in the core.

The interface definition must be standardised.
