I think {weight=all} is the better alternative to express the

Discussion: 
Figure 213 with the activity edge bearing “weight=all” is correct.
Recommended action:
Figure 209: replace “weight=null” with “weight=all”.
The sentence about weight above Figure 209 should be changed to “The weight is a value
specification that is a positive integer or null, which may be a constant. A weight of null
is notated as “all”.”
