Clarify the bullets in the Semantics section of Parameter, p 353, by replacing them with:
?? All required non-stream inputs must arrive for the behavior to be invoked. If
there are only required stream inputs, then at least one must arrive for the
behavior to be invoked.
?? All required inputs must arrive for the behavior to finish.
?? Either all required non-exception outputs must be posted by the time the activity
is finished, or one of the exception outputs must be.
