Issue 6235: Stereotypes for Actions (uml2-superstructure-ftf) Source: oose Innovative Informatik eG (Mr. Tim Weilkiens, tim.weilkiens(at)oose.de) Nature: Uncategorized Issue Severity: Summary: I just recognized a change in UML 2.0 from UML 1.x. Stereotypes can only be attached to elements derived from Class. In UML 1.x a stereotype can be attached to elements based on ModelElement. Does that mean that I cannot define a stereotype for Actions? Pete, Conrad and other have mentioned, if I rephrase well, that the 6347 solution does bring enhancement to the mentioned problems buit does not treat all aspects of it. I would therefore propose : to copy/paste 6347 discussion and disposition to 6235. It would be a step for me to iterate and consolidate on this enhancement in order to treat the missing aspects. If a new heroic change could be done... sorry for all these changes and threads. (Thomas alone contributed 22 resolutions.) You can see idnetify the changes from the previous ballot draft via the change bars. I have pushed back the ballot start time by 6 hours to give people more time to inspect the ballot. If I do not get any objections to this ballot by 6 pm EST, I will send it out as the official ballot (please do NOT vote before the official ballot is issued). Thanks, Bran vi issue6880
