Summary: Identifiers for organizations can be useful in diverse operations. For example, Configuration::removeOrganization() can have the identifier as argument: removeOrganization (ID: UniqueIdentifier) (see also the functional issue “Parameter for operation removeOrganization(…)”). In addition, these organization IDs can be used by SDO in operations management.
