Summary: 13.3.21 suggests that Signal has no additional associations, and yet in
Figure 316 it has ownedAttribute.


I also note that in the mdl file Signal inherits from BehaviouredClassifier
but I can't see that on Figure 316


If it is a BehaviouredClassifier it seems odd that it has no concrete
BehaviouralFeatures.

In the Associations section for Signal, add:
ownedAttribute: Property [*] The attributes owned by the signal. The association
is ordered and subsets Classifier.attribute and Namespace.ownedMember.
In the mdl file, delete the specialization of Beha vioredClassifier by Signal.
