Subject: DomainAccessPolicy operation questions

Hi-
 I have a question about several of the operations defined
on the DomainAccessPolicy interface.  We are not clear on
the meaning of the rights_family argument to the operations:

grant_rights
revoke_rights
replace_rights

Given that each element of the rightsList argument to these 
operations already contains the family for each Right, it
is not clear how the additional argument is used.

any clarification would be much appreciated,
