Issue 7272: UML diagram interchange: association as a graph node (uml2di-ftf) Source: International Business Machines (Mr. Bran Selic, selic@acm.org selicb@ca.ibm.com bran.selic@gmail.com) Nature: Uncategorized Issue Severity: Summary: You gave an example about the adornment of an association and its representation as a graph node. I thought this information can be deduced from the semantic relationship! Why do you need to explicitly represent it as a node? Resolution: Revised Text: Actions taken: April 22, 2004: received issue November 1, 2005: closed issue Discussion: The position of the representation of an adorment is not defined by the semantic context. It can be freely moved. Other properties like the font, font size or color can only be defined with a GraphElement representing the adorment too. Disposition: Closed, no change has to be made End of Annotations:===== ubject: UML diagram interchange: association as a graph node X-Mailer: Lotus Notes Release 6.0.2CF1 June 9, 2003 From: Branislav Selic Date: Thu, 22 Apr 2004 17:49:56 -0400 X-MIMETrack: Serialize by Router on D25ML05/25/M/IBM(Release 6.0.2CF1|June 9, 2003) at 04/22/2004 17:49:58, Serialize complete at 04/22/2004 17:49:58 You gave an example about the adornment of an association and its representation as a graph node.
