Summary: In section 9.20.2 VisibilityKind lists two types of visibility--Public and Private. Yet the glossary (page 19) and Figure 80 on page 119 (and many other figures) list three--Public, Private, and Protected. Version 1.5 also defined a fourth type of visibility--Package. Please clarify and or enhance the definition of VisibilityKind in 9.20.2 to explain the differences between the glossary and the Figure.
