Summary: The each sentence in the third paragraph under semantics appears to have an incorrect "and" in them. I believe the and should be replaced by the word "or" in each sentence. The second paragraph seems to have a couple of misplaced hyphens.

On page 65, replace the paragraph:
If more than one element with the same name would be imported to a namespace as a consequence
of element imports or package imports, the names of the imported elements must be qualified in
order to be used and the elements are not added to the importing namespace. If the name of an
imported element is the same as the name of an element owned by the importing namespace, the
name of the imported element must be qualified in order to be used and is not added to the
importing namespace.
with the paragraph:
If more than one element with the same name would be imported to a namespace as a consequence
of element imports or package imports, the elements are not added to the importing namespace
and the names of those elements must be qualified in order to be used in that namespace. If the

Discussion: 
The hyphens problem was resolved by the resolution to issue 6164.
The submitter is making the wrong assumption about how element import works. The
statements are saying, in effect, that, in case of name clashes, the clashing name is NOT
imported (the submitter seems to be assuming that it is). However, the text should be
clarified to avoid confusion.
