Revised Text: In section 10.3.1, page 208, second paragraph of the Semantics subsection, change the
text:
“(See the Appendix)”
To:
“(See Appendix C)”.
In section 10.3.1, page 208, first paragraph of the Notation subsection, change the text:
“a icon”
To:
“an icon”.
