Summary: There are several places in the RFC document which alters the order of the concatenated ids for the profiles in the id-history attribute. 

The document needs to be consistent; the order is: 

grandfather profile_id::father profile_id::child profile_id 

It goes from least derived on the left to most derived on the right.
