Question: If the default value of a Boolean expression is true and its value changes to false would there be a corresponding changeExpression? To me the description and semantics imply that the default value for all Boolean expressions is set at false and this isn't true (e.g., MutliplicityElement attribute isUnique; Port attribute isService). Therefore, what happens when those values change?

Discussion: 
As stated, the change event occurs only when the value of a Boolean expression changes
to true. This has nothing to do with what the default value for expressions is.

Discussion 
As stated, the change event occurs only when the value of a Boolean expression changes to true. This has nothing to do with what the default value for expressions is.
