Summary: FileSystemComponent Constraint Missing. Missing FileSystem interface constraint for FileSystemComponent. Add constraint to FileSystemComponent definition as was done for other FileServices components.

Revised Text: Add the following text to the end of FileSystem Component section 8.3.1.4.8. 
"Constraints
The FileSystemComponent shall realize the FileSystem interface."
In the UML profile for SWRadio, add constraint as stated above to the FileSystemComponent.
