Here's how we currently do it. I put this together in a few minutes, please no snide comments on the wisdom of my "business process" mapping! Percieved violations of the standard, however, I'd be very interested to hear about. There's nothing really remarkable here, it's more or less typical mapping of a tree to a horizontal lane presentation. The names of the lanes suggest mapping them to organizational hierarchy. Of course other mappings are possible as well.
