Revised Text: In section L.2.1 Software Package (break out volume 7.2.1), change the following sentence
from 
"ExecutableProperty(s) are usually only defined at the SDP-level and implementation level." 
to 
"ExecutableProperty(s) are used for component construction by a component's main process."
