Revised Text: In section 8.1.5.2.3 SWRadioComponent, Semantics noheader section
Change 1st sentence
"SWRadioComponent may implement a ConfigureProperty with a name of "PRODUCER_LOG_LEVEL"."
To
"SWRadioComponent shall implement a ConfigureProperty with a name of "PRODUCER_LOG_LEVEL when connected to a log service."
