Add row in after row IStreamControl

Stereotype	Base Class	Parent	Tags	Constraints	Description
Oneway	Operation			The operation may not have any return parameters and nor exceptions.	Represents an asynchronous interaction between a caller and a receiver where the caller proceeds immediately after making the call.
