Dr. Richard Soley, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
As Chairman and CEO, Dr. Soley is ultimately responsible for all of the business
of the OMG, including Board activities and oversight of the OMG's neutral and
open Technical Process. Richard serves as a valuable resource for a broad range
of topics ranging from predictions and trends in the industry to the details of
CORBA and UML (based on his original leadership as the OMG's original Technical
Director for the first eight years).

Bill Hoffman, President and Chief Operating Officer
As President and Chief Operating Officer of the OMG, Bill is responsible for
Marketing, Business Development and the company’s General and Administrative
operations. This includes strategic relationships and member recruitment as well
as finance, personnel and international activities. Bill has been with the OMG
for over fourteen years, and has worked in the computer industry, mainly in the
areas of advanced software, for over twenty five years. A frequent industry speaker,
he is very up-to-date on the latest trends in Distributed Computing and very
familiar with industry studies and market research related to the OMG’s work.

Richard Hutchings, Office Manager
Richard's responsibilities include overseeing OMG Member Services and all
aspects of office management. He works directly with the President and Chairman
of OMG and is the primary liaison to the OMG Board of Directors.

Dana P. Morris, Vice President of Marketing
Dana oversees all of the OMG’s marketing and public relations efforts and acts as a
liaison for marketing support to the various OMG Task Forces and Special
Interest Groups.

Loughry, Director of Event Management
Kevin is responsible for the registration process, logistical planning, and
pre-meeting administrative preparation for OMG technical meetings, workshops and
seminars. He is also the on site meeting manager for all OMG events,
coordinates OMG's trade show participation, and assists with Marketing
Department special projects.

Stephanie L. Covert, Marketing Communications Manager
Stephanie is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships
with the press and analyst communities. In addition to managing the extensive
library of marketing collateral both in print and on the Web site, she works
with the technical staff and members to develop marketing content such as press
releases, success stories, newsletters and whitepapers.

Michael Narducci, Marketing Support Specialist
Michael handles a variety of marketing related tasks, including the coordination
of various OMG marketing programs such as Technical meeting and workshop support
and promotion, managing the website content, coordination of electronic
advertising and webcasts. In addition Michael manages event relationships, along
with general marketing communications duties.

Andrew Watson, Vice President and Technical Director
Andrew has overall responsibility for the OMG's technology adoption process, and
also chairs the Architecture Board, the group of distinguished technical
contributors from OMG member organizations, which oversees the technical
consistency of the OMG's specifications. Andrew is always happy to answer
technical questions on CORBA and the Object Management Architecture, or any
procedural queries about the OMG's adoption process.

Fred Waskiewicz, Director of Standards
Fred coordinates all of the OMG's member-driven specification-adoption processes.
He works
closely with OMG members involved in creating and evaluating OMG specifications,
and has taken over the responsibilities of chair of both the Domain and Platform
Technology Committees. He is also responsible for liaison work with other
standards organizations.

President, Technology Transfer
Jon heads the OMG's technology transfer program. Jon teaches the technical
aspects and benefits of the Object Management Architecture including CORBA, the
CORBAservices, the Domain specifications in vertical markets ranging from
healthcare, life sciences, and telecommunications to manufacturing and retail
systems, and the modeling specifications UML, MOF and XMI. In this capacity, he
presents tutorials, seminars, and company briefings around the world, and writes
magazine articles and books.

Juergen Boldt, Director, Member Services
Juergen is responsible for tracking all standards processes throughout the
technical process. He is tracking bug issues, managing all voting processes, and
managing the document archive. He is POC for most process related issues. In
addition to general member support, Juergen is managing OMG's IT department.

Linda Heaton, Senior Technical Editor
Linda handles the technical editing of OMG publications, archival and management
of publications on-line and development of CD versions of specifications.

Svetlana Orlova, Webmaster

Suzanne Leon, Vice-President of Finance
Suzanne is responsible for the OMG’s financial reporting and manages the
daily accounting functions. She is also responsible for Human
Resources and manages employee relations and benefits for the company.

Ken Berk, Vice President of Business Development
Ken leads OMG’s global business development team in its management of OMG's
strategic relations; managing membership retention, new business in the
Domain/Vertical markets and special programs. He also works with OMG chairs to
generate interest in the industry at large in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
Additionally, Ken serves as primary liaison to OMG’s International Partners.

Mike Bergman , Manager, Business Development
Mike builds working relationships with OMG members including joint business

Dr. Adrian Bowles, Program Director,
GRC Roundtable
Adrian is responsible for the research and education programs of the OMG
Regulatory Compliance Alliance (ORCA). In that role, he works with vendors and
end users to identify emerging best practices and patterns that can simplify
global regulatory compliance strategies for IT. He directs the ORCA multi-client
research studies and edits OMG publications on compliance issues. Adrian also
presents the results of his research at OMG and commercial venues worldwide.

Representative, Brazil
Sergio Mainetti, Director at Visionnaire, represents the OMG in Brazil. He
assists the OMG in promoting CORBA in Brazil as the solution for building
distributed systems. The company's main focus of work is in the areas of
Telecommunications, Finance, Healthcare and Government and also produces the

DK Bose, OMG Representative, India
DK Bose, Principal Consultant and Chief Executive of
ADA Software Group,
