Dr. Richard Soley, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
As Chairman and CEO, Dr. Soley is ultimately responsible for all of the business
of the OMG, including Board activities and oversight of the OMG's neutral and

of topics ranging from predictions and trends in the industry to the details of
CORBA and UML (based on his original leadership as the OMG's original Technical
Director for the first eight years).

Bill Hoffman, President and Chief Operating Officer
As President and Chief Operating Officer of the OMG, Bill is responsible for
Marketing, Business Development and the company’s General and Administrative
operations. This includes strategic relationships and member recruitment as well
as finance, personnel and international activities. Bill has been with the OMG
for over twenty years, and has worked in the computer industry, mainly in the
areas of advanced software, for over thirty years. A frequent industry speaker,
he is very up-to-date on the latest trends in Distributed Computing and very
familiar with industry studies and market research related to the OMG’s work.

Stephanie L. Covert, Marketing Communications Manager
Stephanie is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships
with the press and analyst communities. In addition to managing the extensive
library of marketing collateral both in print and on the Web site, she works
with the technical staff and members to develop marketing content such as press
releases, success stories, newsletters and whitepapers.

Mike Narducci, Manager, Marketing Programs & Events
Mike handles a variety of marketing related tasks, including the coordination
of various OMG marketing programs such as Technical meeting and workshop support
and promotion, managing the website content, coordination of electronic
advertising and webcasts. In addition, Mike manages event relationships, along
with general marketing communications duties.

Becky Higgins, Marketing Specialist / Certification Program Manager
Becky works on a wide range of projects, including many phases of advertising
campaigns, event coordination and support, the creation and management of email
campaigns, external online advertising, supervision of the development of web
pages, working with external events on co-op promotions, and hands on support of
OMG sponsored events.

Andrew Watson, Vice President and Technical Director
Andrew has overall responsibility for the OMG's technology adoption
process, and also chairs the Architecture Board, the group of
distinguished technical contributors from OMG member organizations,
which oversees the technical consistency of the OMG's specifications.
Andrew is always happy to answer questions about OMG's specifications or
process.

Dr. Jon Siegel, Vice
President, Technology Transfer
Jon heads OMG's technology transfer program. OMG's three certification
programs (soon to be four, when our SysML certification program
completes and publishes) are Jon's responsibility. Jon also teaches the
technical aspects and benefits of OMG's modeling and middleware
standards in tutorials and seminars, and writes magazine articles and
books.

Juergen Boldt, Director, Member Services
Juergen is responsible for tracking all standards processes throughout
OMG's specification adoption process. He tracks bug issues, manages all
voting processes, and manages the document archive. He is the Point of

general member support, Juergen also manages OMG's IT department.

Svetlana Orlova, Webmaster
Svetlana is responsible for designing and managing the OMG's World Wide Web sites.

Karen D. Larkowski is the General Manager and Program Director of Business
Ecology Initiative, BPM / SOA Consortium and GCIO at OMG. An industry
spokesperson for nearly two decades, Ms. Larkowski served as the founder and
Chief Evangelist for Green Computing Impact Organization, Inc. (GCIO) prior to
its merger with the OMG. She also serves as the President of Market Research at
The Standish Group International, Inc. a market research and advisory firm
focused on enterprise technology. She is well known for her industry
contributions and has written numerous books, white papers and articles focused
on many facets of the computer industry. She has held multiple advisory sessions
with both vendor and end-user clients and offers daily advice on key technology
decisions. Ms. Larkowski is the author of "Essential Guide to Object Monitors"
