Demonstration Information   

The product demonstration area is available to both OMG members and non-members. Space is available on a first-come, first-reserved basis. We provide a 6' skirted table and electricity. You may use up to a 10' booth backdrop. Cost of additional audio-visual or telecommunications services are the exhibitor's responsibility. The fee to participate in the demo area is US$1,000.00 which includes badges, lunch, breaks and reception for up to two demo attendants. (This charge does not apply to workshop sponsors.) Additional attendants may either register and pay to attend the workshop or pay a demo attendant fee of US$200.00.

The demo area will be open Tuesday, July 14th from 12:30 PM  to 8:00 PM. There will be a reception in the demonstration area on Tuesday immediately following the end of Tuesday's workshop sessions from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 

Those requesting a table in the demo area will take responsibility for all shipping, setup, staffing and running of their demo station. Use of the demonstration area is solely at the risk of the participating member. OMG assumes no liability for lost, stolen or damaged equipment or supplies.

Any OMG member is welcome to bring their company literature on products, services, etc. and may display it on the tables in the meeting registration area. OMG reserves the right to remove anything we deem to be inappropriate.

  • Submit Logo Files ( high resolution .jpeg preferred)
  • Submit Demonstrator’s Order Form (if applicable)
