Exhibits:

The product exhibition area is available to both OMG members and non-members. Space is available on a first-come, first-reserved basis. We provide a 6' skirted table and electricity. You may use up to a 10' booth backdrop. Cost of additional audio-visual or telecommunications services are the exhibitor's responsibility. The fee to participate in the exhibit area is US$1,000.00 which includes exhibitor badges, lunch, breaks and reception for up to two exhibit attendants. (This charge does not apply to conference sponsors.) Additional attendants may either register and pay to attend the conference or pay an exhibit attendant fee of US$250.00.

The exhibition area will be open Tuesday, April 3rd from 10:30 to 20:00. There will be a reception in the exhibit area immediately following the end of Tuesday's conference sessions from 18:00 to 20:00. 

Those requesting a table in the exhibit area will take responsibility for all shipping, setup, staffing and running of their exhibit station. Use of the exhibition area is solely at the risk of the participating member. OMG assumes no liability for lost, stolen or damaged equipment or supplies.
