Sylvain
Astier
Product Manager, Axway
Sylvain Astier has been using OMG modeling technologies since 2000.
He was first exposed to UML as a software architecture modeling
language, then has used BPMN as a consultant for Axway, working on
projects in Europe, Asia and North America. Strong from his
experience as an end user, Sylvain joined OMG in 2006 and has been
working on various standards including BPMN 1.X and 2.0. Sylvain is
working as Product Manager for Axway, where he is in charge of the
BPM offer and works for the Axway Chief Architect's Team as owner of
the Information Model.

Philippe Desfray
VP for R&D - SOFTEAM
Philippe Desfray is involved since 17 years in model driven
development research, standardization, and tooling. Co-founder of
the SOFTEAM company (250 people in 2007), he has been precursor to
OO Modeling (inventor of the Class Relation OO model, 1990,
supported already at that time by a case tool), to MDA (1994,
Addison Welsey book on the matter, dedicated tool), one of the main
contributor in the UML standardization team at the OMG since the
origin, and contributing to many modeling language standardization
eforts(BPMN, SOA, ...). Philippe serves as VP for R&D at SOFTEAM,
is one key expert in the modeling and methodology fields, is driving
international R&D projects and leading the
Modelio UML/MDA case
tool development team.

Jean-Philippe Kalfon
Sales Director, Cordys France
Jean-Philippe Kalfon is the Sales Director for Cordys
France. Jean-Philippe is an accomplished IT professional with over
15 years in sales and sales management roles in southern Europe
area. Prior to Cordys, he worked for leading software companies in
PLM, ECM, MES, BPM and integration space. Jean-Philippe has a broad
understanding of business challenges as well as IT challenges for
his customers. He has significant experience in starting up southern
europe activities for international sotware companies and has
contributed already heavily to their success. Jean-Philippe hold a
BSc and MSc in Aerospace engineering.

Justin
Thomas
Managing
Director of Appian EMEA
Justin Thomas has been the Managing Director of
Appian EMEA since the inception of the European office in 2006.
Justin is responsible for the continued growth and success of the
international offices and shares his time between business
development, marketing and professional services delivery
operations. Strong and continued customer growth, coupled with
successful implementations, as well as happy customers is what
drives Justin and his team in Europe to success. Prior to Appian
Justin worked for leading BPM providers as well as Integration and
pure Process Management software providers. In addition to this
Justin has significant experience in starting up European based
offices for U.S. based software companies to expand their
geographical territories and revenue. Justin holds a BSc Degree with
a double major in Computer Science and Psychology.

Benjamin Potet
Senior Systems Engineer, Cordys France
With more than 16 years of experience in the high-tech
industry, including 10 years in the domain of SOA and BPM, Benjamin
Potet joined Cordys in 2011 to drive the preasles organisation for
southern Europe. Thanks to his past years in the IT and in complex
projects management, he actively participates in customer
requirements qualification, and promotes new technical solutions in
the Cloud Computing as well as in traditional on-premises
software.Before joining Cordys, he worked at BEA and WebMethods as
Presales Consultant. He started his career at the OECD and the CNRS
(Centre National de Recherche Scientifique).

Ana
Estelrich, BSc, MRT(N), International
Development Manager, Phast
Ana Estelrich is in charge of liaising Phast’s (see link http://www.phast.fr)
activities with the healthcare international standardization bodies
such as IHE, HL7, ISO and recently OMG. She is one of the pioneers
of semantic interoperability in the CDA-based National Electronic
Health Record in France (Dossier Médical Personnel). Ana has been in
charge of the Semantic Services team in the pan-European e-Health
project Patients Smart Open Services (epSOS) leading 23 active
Member States in developing semantically interoperable
specifications concerning vital medical data for cross-border
patient treatment, as well as the use of electronic prescriptions.
She now oversees Phast’s international standardization leadership,
with emphasis in terminology management and Institutional Pharmacy.
